以青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)老叶和嫩叶为对象,采用湿法消解﹑干法消解和微波消解3种前处理方法消解后,以原子发射光谱法比较了青钱柳老叶和嫩叶中钒元素的差异.结果表明,3种前处理方法对测定青钱柳老叶钒元素无显著性差异,但对测定嫩叶有显著性差异. 其中采用湿法消解-原子发射法测定青钱柳嫩叶中钒元素含量的方法准确度高,为青钱柳的进一步开发和利用提供了较好的检测方法.

Vanadium in old and young leaves were prepared by ash digestion, wet digestion and microwave digestion, and detected by atomic emission spectroscopy (AES).The results showed that there was no significant difference among these pre-treatment methods for old leaves.While the significant differences among these pre-treatment methods of the young leaves were found.It was good accuracy for detecting vanadium in young leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus, and providing a reference for exploitation and development of Cyclocarya paliurus.
