研究中药茯苓(Poria cocos)多糖的羧甲基化和阿魏酸结构改性,并对其进行了体内﹑体外的抗氧化性能测定. 红外吸收光谱图结果显示两者改性获得成功. 在一定的浓度范围内,两者均具有一定的还原能力和抗氧化能力,且其还原能力﹑清除能力均表现出与样品浓度有明显的量效关系,达到一定浓度后趋于稳定.FP(阿魏酸茯苓多糖)的抗氧化性能要强于CMP(羧甲基茯苓多糖),但均弱于抗坏血酸,CMP﹑FP对·O2-清除作用均弱于对·OH的清除作用.

The structural modification of Poria Cocos polysaccharides extracted from traditional chinese medicine by car-boxymethylation and ferulaic acid were studied, and the antioxidative activities in vitro and in vivo were also researched.The results showed that the polysaccharides structure modified were success, carboxymethyl pachymaran (CMP) and pachymaran ferulate (FP) were confirmed by IR spectrum.CMP and FP had definite reducing power and antioxidative activity at a certain range concentration, the reducing capacity and scavenging effects increased with the increasing concentration of polysaccha-rides, showed a good dose effect relationship.But reach a certain concentration, the situation is tending towards stability and increase no more.The FP was stronger than CMP in antioxidative activity, but they all inferior to VC, and the scavenging ef-fects of CMP and FP on superoxide ion radicals were all inferior to hydroxyl free radicals.
