目的:探讨生长激素(GH)对实验大鼠牙齿移动过程中RANKL和BMPs表达的影响. 方法:将40只7周龄雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(C)和实验组(E).50 g力值用于近中移动左侧上颌第一磨牙.E组和C组分别腹部皮下注射GH(0.15 IU/kg/d)和等量的生理盐水.大鼠分别在第3、7、10、14 d处死.上颌第一磨牙及其牙周组织切片行RANKL、BMPs免疫组织化学染色,并进行图像分析和统计. 结果:实验组在第3 d和第7 d RANKL表达明显增强(P<0.05),在第10 d和第14 d BMPs表达与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:短期注射生长激素可改变牙周组织内RANKL和BMPs的表达,表明GH参与了正畸牙齿移动过程中的骨改建.

Objective:To investigate the effects of growth hormone(GH) on receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa ligand (RANKL) and bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) expression during orthodontic tooth movement in experimental rats. Method:Forty Wistar rats (gender:male;age:7 weeks) were randomly divided into control and experimental groups.A force of 50 g was applied to move the left upper first molars mesially.The experimental and control groups received abdomi-nal subcutaneous injections of growth hormone(GH;0.15 IU/kg/d) and equivalent volumes of saline,respectively.The rats were sacrificed on days 3,7,10 and 14. Sections of maxillary first molar and periodontal tissue were prepared for immunohis-tochemical staining of RANKL and BMPs,then being proceeded with the image analysis and statistics. Result:The expres-sion of RANKL on days 3 and 7 enhanced significantly in GH-treated groups (P <0.05),while the expression of OPG was clearly different from the control groups on days 10 and 14 (P <0.05). Conclusion:Short-term GH administration can alter the expression of RANKL and BMPs in the periodontal tissues,suggesting that GH involves in bone remodeling during or-thodontic tooth movement.
