目的:探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板结合髂骨植骨在治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位肱骨近端锁定钢板联合髂骨植骨内固定术治疗28例肱骨近端骨折患者。结果26例患者获得随访,时间12~28个月,失访2例。肩关节活动度:前屈95°~170°(139.8°±20.2°);后伸23°~50°(33.2°±8.8°);外展91°~155°(124.5°±15.5°)。按Neer评分标准评价:优5例,良16例,可3例,差2例。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折固定可靠,骨折愈合率高,并发症相对较少,是治疗该类骨折的理想方法。
目的:探討肱骨近耑鎖定鋼闆結閤髂骨植骨在治療肱骨近耑骨摺的療效。方法採用切開複位肱骨近耑鎖定鋼闆聯閤髂骨植骨內固定術治療28例肱骨近耑骨摺患者。結果26例患者穫得隨訪,時間12~28箇月,失訪2例。肩關節活動度:前屈95°~170°(139.8°±20.2°);後伸23°~50°(33.2°±8.8°);外展91°~155°(124.5°±15.5°)。按Neer評分標準評價:優5例,良16例,可3例,差2例。結論肱骨近耑鎖定鋼闆治療肱骨近耑粉碎性骨摺固定可靠,骨摺愈閤率高,併髮癥相對較少,是治療該類骨摺的理想方法。
목적:탐토굉골근단쇄정강판결합가골식골재치료굉골근단골절적료효。방법채용절개복위굉골근단쇄정강판연합가골식골내고정술치료28례굉골근단골절환자。결과26례환자획득수방,시간12~28개월,실방2례。견관절활동도:전굴95°~170°(139.8°±20.2°);후신23°~50°(33.2°±8.8°);외전91°~155°(124.5°±15.5°)。안Neer평분표준평개:우5례,량16례,가3례,차2례。결론굉골근단쇄정강판치료굉골근단분쇄성골절고정가고,골절유합솔고,병발증상대교소,시치료해류골절적이상방법。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of proximal humeral locking plate and autologous iliac bone impaction graft for proximal humeral fractures. Methods A total of 28 cases of complex proximal humeral fractures were treated by open reset and fixation through proximal humeral locking plate combined with autoologours iliac bone. Results 26 patients were followed up for 12 ~28 months,the other two cases were lost. The follow-up activity of shoulder jiont:flexion 95°~170°(139. 8° ± 20. 2°); exextension 23° ~50°(33. 2° ± 8. 8°);abduction 91° ~155° (124. 5 ° ± 15. 5°). According to Neer shoulder score: the results were excellent in 5 cases, good in 16, fair in 3 and poor in 2. Conclusions Applying proximal humeral locking plate and autologous iliac bone impaction graft in treatment of proximal humeral fractures provides a stable fixation, which has the advantages of high rate of fracture healing, relatively fewer complications, etc. It is the ideal method for the treatment of such fractures.
