目的 探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂( ACEI )对放射性肺炎的临床预防作用. 方法 对收治的150例肺癌患者随机分成两组,ACEI组(75例)患者口服ACEI及进行常规放射治疗,并与对照组(75 例)进行放射治疗的患者进行对比. 结果 ACEI组有5 例出现放射性肺炎,发生率为6.67%;对照组有16例,发生率为21.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2 =6.700,P<0.05);并且ACEI组患者发生放射性肺炎的时间较对照组发生时间延后,差异有显著性(P<0.05). 结论 ACEI可以有效预防肺癌患者放疗后出现的肺放射损伤,并延长出现放射性肺损伤的时间,可以对放射性肺损伤起到临床预防作用.

목적 탐토혈관긴장소전환매억제제( ACEI )대방사성폐염적림상예방작용. 방법 대수치적150례폐암환자수궤분성량조,ACEI조(75례)환자구복ACEI급진행상규방사치료,병여대조조(75 례)진행방사치료적환자진행대비. 결과 ACEI조유5 례출현방사성폐염,발생솔위6.67%;대조조유16례,발생솔위21.3%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(χ2 =6.700,P<0.05);병차ACEI조환자발생방사성폐염적시간교대조조발생시간연후,차이유현저성(P<0.05). 결론 ACEI가이유효예방폐암환자방료후출현적폐방사손상,병연장출현방사성폐손상적시간,가이대방사성폐손상기도림상예방작용.
Objective To explore the clinical preventive effect of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor ( ACEI) to radiation pneumonitis .Methods All the 150 lung cancer patients received and curved in Second people's hospital of Weifang were randomly separated into two groups .The patients in observation group ( 75 cases ) taken oral ACEI and received radiotherapy compared with patients in control group (75 cases) received radiation treatment only. Results Five radiation pneumonitis cases were occurred in ACEI group and the incident rate was 6.67%,while 16 ca-ses were occurred in control group and the incident rate was 21.3%.The incidence rate of radiation pneumonitis was sig-nificantly different between lung cancer patients taken ACEI and other patients in control group (χ2 =6.700,P<0.05). Moreover,compared with the control group ,the occurring time of radiation pneumonitis was significantly delayed ( P<0. 05).Conclusion The ACEI can prevent the probability of radiation damage to lung after radiotherapy ,and prolong the occurring time of radiation lung damage ,taking clinical preventive effect to radiation pulmonary .
