目的:通过DTI评价顺产儿与剖宫产儿大脑髓鞘发育的特点,探讨剖宫产儿与顺产儿不同区域大脑白质的发育差异.方法:选择2~12岁患儿40例,其中剖宫产20例,顺产20例,测量2组不同区域脑白质各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy , FA)值,并比较组内不同区域脑白质及组间脑白质平均FA值.结果:2组胼胝体膝部、压部、内囊前后肢的脑白质FA值组内比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);2组组间脑白质平均FA值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:DTI能进一步反映出顺产儿与剖宫产儿脑白质区的发育差异.

목적:통과DTI평개순산인여부궁산인대뇌수초발육적특점,탐토부궁산인여순산인불동구역대뇌백질적발육차이.방법:선택2~12세환인40례,기중부궁산20례,순산20례,측량2조불동구역뇌백질각향이성분수(fractional anisotropy , FA)치,병비교조내불동구역뇌백질급조간뇌백질평균FA치.결과:2조변지체슬부、압부、내낭전후지적뇌백질FA치조내비교차이균무통계학의의(균P>0.05);2조조간뇌백질평균FA치비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론:DTI능진일보반영출순산인여부궁산인뇌백질구적발육차이.
Objective:To investigate myelin developmental differences between cesarean and normal delivery by application of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI);evaluating the value of DTI. Methods:Collect 40 cases of 3 to 12 year aged volunteers,the FA values were measured in different regions of the brain white matter between cesarean and normal delivery and then were com-pared. Results:the FA value of Corpus callosum knee,press department,anterior and posterior limbs of internal capsule and the thalamus brain white matter in cesarean delivery or in normal delivery were both no statistically difference (P>0.05),but these FA value between cesarean delivery and normal delivery were statistically difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Myelin developmen-tal had statistically difference between cesarean delivery and normal delivery. DTI can precisely reactions the development dif-ference of brain white matter in various parts.
