炼油厂产生的高浓度污水具有水质复杂、有机物浓度高、可生化性差,水质、水量冲击频繁等特点。采用匀质-隔油-气浮-吸附-两段生化-絮凝沉淀-曝气生物滤池组合工艺对炼油高浓度污水进行单独处理。工程运行结果表明,在进水ρ(CODCr)≤1500 mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)≤60 mg/L,ρ(石油类)≤500 mg/L,ρ(挥发酚)≤60 mg/L,ρ(硫化物)≤35 mg/L的条件下,出水各指标稳定达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级标准的要求,该组合工艺具有良好的处理效果和较强的抗冲击负荷能力。
煉油廠產生的高濃度汙水具有水質複雜、有機物濃度高、可生化性差,水質、水量遲擊頻繁等特點。採用勻質-隔油-氣浮-吸附-兩段生化-絮凝沉澱-曝氣生物濾池組閤工藝對煉油高濃度汙水進行單獨處理。工程運行結果錶明,在進水ρ(CODCr)≤1500 mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)≤60 mg/L,ρ(石油類)≤500 mg/L,ρ(揮髮酚)≤60 mg/L,ρ(硫化物)≤35 mg/L的條件下,齣水各指標穩定達到GB 8978-1996《汙水綜閤排放標準》中一級標準的要求,該組閤工藝具有良好的處理效果和較彊的抗遲擊負荷能力。

High concentration wastewater in refinery was characterized by complex water quality, high or-ganic matter concentration, poor biodegradability, frequent shock loading of water quality and quantity and so on. A combined process of homogeneous tank-oil separation-air floatation-adsorption-two-stage biochemical method-flocculation sedimentation-biological aerated filter was used to treat the said kind of wastewater. The project op-erating effect showed that, when the mass concentrations of CODCr, NH3-N, petroleum, volatile phenol and sulfide were not above 1 500, 60, 500, 60 and 35 mg/L respectively, the corresponding indexes of the effluent water met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. It could be seen that, the mentioned process had good treatment effect and strong anti shock loading capability.
