This paper introduces the main problems in test of the improved Mitsubishi M701F4 single shaft gas turbine combined cycle units, such as turbine shutdown protection due to low cooling water flow of cool-ing air system, temporary filter clogging, gas pipeline leakage, etc. To solve the problems, this paper brings forward solutions and prevention advices on the basis of cause analysis, which can be used as reference for units of the same type.
