针对300 MW机组P91材质主蒸汽管道对接焊缝上发现的表面裂纹缺陷,通过无损探伤以及硬度、金相检测,结合机组冷态和热态主蒸汽管道支吊架检验结果,分析导致焊缝表面裂纹发生的影响因素,阐述处理方法。提出通过加强管道焊接热处理质量监督和控制,重视管道支吊架检查和调整等措施,可以降低焊缝表面裂纹的发生。
針對300 MW機組P91材質主蒸汽管道對接銲縫上髮現的錶麵裂紋缺陷,通過無損探傷以及硬度、金相檢測,結閤機組冷態和熱態主蒸汽管道支弔架檢驗結果,分析導緻銲縫錶麵裂紋髮生的影響因素,闡述處理方法。提齣通過加彊管道銲接熱處理質量鑑督和控製,重視管道支弔架檢查和調整等措施,可以降低銲縫錶麵裂紋的髮生。

Surface crack was found on weld joints on P91 main steam pipe of 300 MW units. Through non-de-structive testing, hardness and metallurgic test and in combination with examination of supports and hangers of main steam pipes in cold state and hot state, the paper analyzes the factors which influenced surface crack on weld joints and expounds the solution. By improvement of quality monitoring and control on heat treatment of pipe welding and examination and adjustment of pipe supports and hangers, the occurrence of surface crack on weld joints could be reduced.
