Gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)%sheep%growth performance%hormone
为研究不同水平的γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对6~8月龄绵羊生长性能以及血浆GABA、尿素氮(BUN)含量和激素水平的影响,试验选取32只6月龄绵羊,随机分为4组,每组8只。在基础日粮中分别添加0、30、60、120 mg/d的GABA。分别在补饲的第15、30、45天空腹称重,试验后颈静脉采血,测定血液相关指标。结果表明:日粮中添加GABA能够显著提高绵羊的采食量(P<0.05),极显著降低料重比(P<0.01),且提高了绵羊的日均增重(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,在试验第30、45天时,30 mg/d组绵羊血浆中神经肽Y(NPY)含量分别显著提高了26.01%、20.98%(P<0.05);在第15、30、45天时,30 mg/d组胃泌素(GAS)含量分别显著提高了19.46%、29.16%、33.08%(P<0.05)。但血浆中GABA、BUN含量,生长激素(GH)、生长抑素(SS)水平均未受显著影响。综上所述,GABA可以通过NPY、GAS途径调控绵羊的采食,改善绵羊的生长性能,适宜添加剂量为30 mg/d。

This study investigated the effects of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)on the growth performance,the concentration of GABA,blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and hormone level in plasma of sheep with 6 ~ 8 months.Thirty two sheep were randomly allocated into 4 groups of 8 each.The basal diet were added with 0,10,20,40 mg/d GABA, respectively.The results showed as follows:GABA could improve the daily intake (P < 0.05),material weight ratio (P <0.01),daily weight gain (P > 0.05) of sheep.Compared with control group,30mg/d GABA significantly improved the neuropeptide (NPY) from the plasma by 26.01%,20.98%on the test of 30 d and 45 d (P<0.05);and the gastrin(GAS) also respectively improved by 19.46%,29.16%,33.08% on the test of 15 d,30 d and 45 d (P < 0.05);it also had no significant effect on the concentration of GABA and BUN,the level of growth hormone (GH) and somatostatin (SS) in plasma.It was concluded that GABA might be closely associated with the feed intake of sheep by adjusting the secretion of NPY and GAS,while GABA could also improve the sheep growth performance.The optimal doses of GABA were 30 mg/d.
