试验将云贵高原地区木豆、新银合欢、木薯、火棘和苦刺进行单独青贮处理,并对青贮饲料的色泽、气味、质地等感官品质,pH值、有机酸含量及组成、氨态氮/总氮比值等发酵品质,以及青贮前后饲料营养成分的变化情况进行了分析评定。结果表明:(1)5种灌木经过青贮处理后都能维持较低的pH值,木豆和木薯的pH值显著低于其他3种灌木(P<0.05)。木薯的乳酸含量显著高于其他4种灌木(P<0.05)。木豆的乙酸含量显著高于其他4种灌木(P<0.05),木薯和火棘之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。火棘的丙酸含量显著高于其他4种灌木(P<0.05)。木薯和火棘的丁酸含量最高,苦刺最低(P<0.05)。新银合欢的NH3-N/TN显著高于其他4种灌木(P>0.05)。(2)5种灌木经过青贮处理后,中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素含量显著降低(P<0.05);粗脂肪含量显著提高(P<0.05);有机物和粗蛋白质含量略有上升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合感官评定、发酵品质指标和青贮饲料营养成分确定的5种灌木饲料青贮品质的优劣次序为苦刺>木薯>新银合欢>火棘>木豆。

시험장운귀고원지구목두、신은합환、목서、화극화고자진행단독청저처리,병대청저사료적색택、기미、질지등감관품질,pH치、유궤산함량급조성、안태담/총담비치등발효품질,이급청저전후사료영양성분적변화정황진행료분석평정。결과표명:(1)5충관목경과청저처리후도능유지교저적pH치,목두화목서적pH치현저저우기타3충관목(P<0.05)。목서적유산함량현저고우기타4충관목(P<0.05)。목두적을산함량현저고우기타4충관목(P<0.05),목서화화극지간차이불현저(P>0.05)。화극적병산함량현저고우기타4충관목(P<0.05)。목서화화극적정산함량최고,고자최저(P<0.05)。신은합환적NH3-N/TN현저고우기타4충관목(P>0.05)。(2)5충관목경과청저처리후,중성세조섬유、산성세조섬유화산성세조목질소함량현저강저(P<0.05);조지방함량현저제고(P<0.05);유궤물화조단백질함량략유상승,단차이불현저(P>0.05)。종합감관평정、발효품질지표화청저사료영양성분학정적5충관목사료청저품질적우렬차서위고자>목서>신은합환>화극>목두。
This experiment was conducted to study the silage quality and nutrition ingredient of Pigeonpea ,New leu-caena,Cassava,Pyracantha and Solanum deflexicarpum.In this experiment,the Pigeonpea,New leucaena,Cassava,Pyra-cantha and Solanum deflexicarpum were ensiled respectively,the silage sensory qualities,pH value,organic acid content and composition,ammoniacal nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio,and the change of nutrients before and after ensiling were ana-lyzed.The results showed as follows:(1)5 kinds of shrubs after ensiling maintain at a low pH value,Pigeonpea and Cassa-va pH value was significantly lower than the other three kinds of shrubs(P<0.05).The lactic acid content of Cassava was significantly higher than the other four kinds of shrubs (P < 0.05).Pigeonpea acetic acid content was significantly higher than the other four kinds of shrubs (P<0.05),there was no significant difference between Cassava and Pyracantha (P >0.05).Pyracantha propionic acid content was significantly higher than other 4 kinds of shrubs (P < 0.05).Cassava and Pyracantha butyric acid content was the highest,Solanum deflexicarpum was the lowest (P<0.05).New leucaena NH3-N/TN was significantly higher than the other 4 kinds of shrubs(P>0.05).(2)After ensiling,5 kinds of shrubs,the content of NDF,ADF and ADL was significantly decreased (P < 0.05);the content of CP and OM was increased during storage,but the difference was no significant(P>0.05);the content of EE was significantly increased(P<0.05).Comprehensive quali-ty indexes of sensory evaluation,fermentation and silage nutrients,determine the Solanum deflexicarpum>Cassava>New leucaena>Pyracantha>Pigeonpea.
