为研究胆酸对营养性肥胖模型大鼠脂肪代谢的影响,本试验将80只雌雄各半的大鼠随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只。阴性对照组饲喂脂肪含量为5%的基础饲料,高脂模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组饲喂脂肪含量为35%的高脂饲料,其中低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃16.7、50、150 mg/kg 胆酸,各组连续给药17 d 后,分别测定每组大鼠增重率、Lee’s 指数、血清总胆固醇、血清总甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标。结果表明:模型组、低剂量组及中剂量组大鼠增重率分别较阴性对照组提高39.89%、37.7%、44.9%(P <0.01)。高剂量组增重率与阴性对照组无显著差异(P >0.05),较模型组降低31.81%(P <0.01)。低剂量组及高剂量组的Lee’s 指数分别较模型组降低2.78%和2.77%(P <0.05)。高剂量组WAT 湿重、脂肪系数和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平分别较模型组降低25.35%(P <0.01)、20.42%(P <0.05)和20.3%(P <0.05)。综上所述,高剂量的胆酸对营养性肥胖大鼠有较好的减肥作用。

This study was to investigate effect of cholic acid (CA) on the lipid mobilization of diet-reduced obesity model rats.A total of 80 rats (half male and half female) were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates of 4 each group.The control group was fed normal diet contained 5% fat,the model group,low dose group,middle dose group and high dose group was fed high fat diet contained 35% fat,and low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group was ad-ministrated of CA 16.7,50,150 mg/kg.Changes of body weight gain,Lee’s index and biochemical indices were measured after oral administration of CA for 17 d.The results showed that:the weight gain rate of rats were significantly augmented by 39.89%,37.7%,44.9% in the model group,low dose group and middle dose group,compared with control group (P <0.01),but no significance changes was found in the high dose group(P>0.05).The body weight gain was significantly re-duced by 31.81% in high dose group,compared with model group (P < 0.01).the Lee’s index were significantly reduced by 2.78%and 2.77%in low dose group and high dose group,compared with model group (P<0.05);the weight of white adipose tissue(WAT),the adipose coefficient and the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were significant-ly reduced by 25.35%(P < 0.01),20.42%(P < 0.05),20.3%(P < 0.05),compared with model group.Therefore,the high dose CA had relatively obviously function of anti-obesity on diet-reduced obesity model rats.
