目的:探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中环氧化酶-2( COX-2)和P53的表达及相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测83例膀胱移行细胞癌及30例癌旁正常膀胱组织中COX-2和P53的表达,并分析两者与临床病理特征的关系及相关性。结果膀胱移行细胞癌组织中 COX-2和 P53的阳性表达率分别为78.31%、75.90%,均高于癌旁正常膀胱组织的10.00%、6.67%(P均<0.05)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中COX-2和P53的表达与病理分级和临床分期关系密切( P均<0.05)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中 COX-2和P53的表达呈正相关关系( r=0.455,P<0.05)。结论 COX-2和P53高表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性程度和疾病进展有关,两者联合检测有助于膀胱移行细胞癌的诊断、靶向治疗指导及预后判断。

목적:탐토방광이행세포암조직중배양화매-2( COX-2)화P53적표체급상관성。방법채용면역조화S-P법검측83례방광이행세포암급30례암방정상방광조직중COX-2화P53적표체,병분석량자여림상병리특정적관계급상관성。결과방광이행세포암조직중 COX-2화 P53적양성표체솔분별위78.31%、75.90%,균고우암방정상방광조직적10.00%、6.67%(P균<0.05)。방광이행세포암조직중COX-2화P53적표체여병리분급화림상분기관계밀절( P균<0.05)。방광이행세포암조직중 COX-2화P53적표체정정상관관계( r=0.455,P<0.05)。결론 COX-2화P53고표체여방광이행세포암적악성정도화질병진전유관,량자연합검측유조우방광이행세포암적진단、파향치료지도급예후판단。
Objective To investigate the expressions and correlation of cycloxygenase-2( COX-2 )and matrix P53 in the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P staining was used to detect the expressions of COX-2 and P53 in the 83 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and the 30 cases of para-neoplastic normal tissue. The relationship between clinicopathological features and COX-2 or P53 were analyzed,and their correlation was analyzed too. Results The positive expression rate of COX-2 and P53 were 78. 31% and 75. 90% in the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder,and were 10. 00% and 6. 67% in the paraneoplastic normal tissue(P<0. 05). The expressions of COX-2 and P53 in the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder were related with the pathological classification and clinical stage(P<0. 05). The expressions of COX-2 was positively related with P53 in the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(r =0. 455,P <0. 05). Conclusion The high expressions of COX-2 and P53 are related to the malignancy grade and progression of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder,detec-tion of them can be used to guide the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.
