本设计面向现代农用喷药器械机体笨重、 携带不便、 喷射行程短、 工作效率低和劳动者工作量大等诸多弊端, 针对农用喷药器进行新的设计, 主要包括电动机和空气压缩机等其他零部件的设计, 改进了药筒的设计: 该药筒配有专门的药水混合自动适配器, 劳动者不用为频繁配药大伤脑筋; 为了减轻劳者频繁灌水的辛苦, 该药筒配有专门的配水接头. 利用ANSYS软件对空气压缩机进行力学分析, 得出曲轴主要失效方式80%左右是由弯曲疲劳产生的.在周期性变化的动载荷作用下, 曲轴在高速旋转时可能产生剧烈共振, 导致动应力急增, 曲轴过早出现疲劳破坏.

For avoiding modern agricultural spraying equipment bulkiness, inconvenience, short jet travel, low efficien-cy, and heavy workload, spraying machine was designed comprising of motor, air compressor and other parts. It improved cylin-drantherae design not only with special hybrid automatic adapter so that workers should not consider how to make up a prescription frequently, but also with dedicated water distribution nozzle for releasing worker force. Based on ANSYS to analyzed air compres-sor, main failure pattern of crankshaft was fatigue fracture and serious wear and tear at the journal surface which 80%was nearly caused by crook fatigue. Under periodic dynamic load, crankshafts maybe cause severe resonance at high speed rotation, so as to increase dynamic stress and fatigue damage of crankshaft early.
