用固体氢氧化钠和醋酸为原料采用无溶剂法合成食品添加剂双乙酸钠, 筛选出制备的最佳工艺条件. 试验结果表明: 采用最优工艺条件产品收率达到97%以上, 本试验还建立了快速检测乙酸钠含量的方法以用来控制生产过程. 并对采用液相色谱方法对食品中双乙酸钠的检出进行探讨, 其精确度可达到1mg/kg.

Solid sodium hydroxide and acetic are used as the solvent-free synthesis of raw materials to compound sodium diacetate which is used for food additives.We have filtered out the optimum conditions of preparation.Experimental results obtained that the yield of product could achieve 97%with the optimum conditions.The experiments also established a rapid method of de-tecting the content of sodium acetate in order to control the production process and we discussed the method of HPLC in food de-tection of sodium acetate.It is turned out that the precision can reach 1mg/kg.
