磨煤机爆燃是火力发电厂一个比较现实的问题,由于影响因素多,且发生过程短暂,很难及时发现和处理,严重影响火力发电机组正常运行。通过分析某厂双进双出磨煤机在停运、抽空停运过程中出现的爆燃问题,阐述了磨煤机爆燃的原因,提出了防止爆燃的各种措施。经实践证明,采取措施后磨煤机停运过程的爆燃情况大大减少,消除了机组潜在隐患,保证了机组安全运行。

Deflagration of coal pulverizer is a real problem in coal-fired power plant, which can not be timely discovered and handled due to multiple influencing factors and short duration, having great impact on normal operation of coal-fired power generating units. By analyzing deflagration of double-inlet and double-outlet pul-verizer during its shutdown and that after evacuation, the paper expounds causes of pulverizer deflagration and presents various deflagration prevention measures. It is proved by practice that after taking measures the deflagration of pulverizer is greatly reduced during its shutdown and hidden hazards are eliminated and units safety is ensured.
