目的:观察低频电针对Aβ25-35所致阿尔茨海默病( AD)模型大鼠海马BDNF表达的影响。方法大鼠按随机数字表分为假手术组、模型组和电针组。 AD模型采用双侧海马一次性注射聚集态Aβ25-35的方法制备,电针组选取“肾俞”、“大椎”、“内关”穴,施予电针治疗。采用免疫印迹技术检测AD模型大鼠海马BDNF表达的变化。结果模型组大鼠海马BDNF的表达量与假手术组相比显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比,电针组大鼠海马BDNF表达量明显提高(P<0.01)。结论电针通过上调海马BDNF的表达,在一定程度上维持海马的长时程增强效应,提高AD大鼠的学习记忆能力。

목적:관찰저빈전침대Aβ25-35소치아이자해묵병( AD)모형대서해마BDNF표체적영향。방법대서안수궤수자표분위가수술조、모형조화전침조。 AD모형채용쌍측해마일차성주사취집태Aβ25-35적방법제비,전침조선취“신유”、“대추”、“내관”혈,시여전침치료。채용면역인적기술검측AD모형대서해마BDNF표체적변화。결과모형조대서해마BDNF적표체량여가수술조상비현저강저(P<0.01);여모형조상비,전침조대서해마BDNF표체량명현제고(P<0.01)。결론전침통과상조해마BDNF적표체,재일정정도상유지해마적장시정증강효응,제고AD대서적학습기억능력。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the effects of low frequency electroacupuncture on the expression of BDNF in hippocampus of Alzhei-mer's disease( AD) model rats caused by A beta 25-35 AD model.Methods Rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and EA group.Preparation method of AD model rats with bilateral hippocampal disposable injection aggregation Aβ25-35 preparation, EA group selected"Shenshu","Dazhui","Neiguan", connected with electroacupuncture apparatus.Immunoblotting techniquewas used to detect BDNF changes in hippocampus of each group and to make a further analysis on the effects of EA's intervention to BDNF.Results By statistical analysis, the amount of expression in hippocampal BDNF of rats in model group was significantly decreased compared with the sham operation group (P<0.01);compared with the model group, the expression of BDNF in hippocampus of rats with EA group was ignificantly increased (P<0.01).Conclusions EA can up regulate the expression of hippocampal BDNF, maintenance of hippocampal LTP in a cer-tain extent, improve the ability of learning and memory in AD rats.
