目的:观察黄芪多糖对KKAy糖尿病小鼠血糖及肝脏抗氧化水平的影响。方法8周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠和KKAy小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、正常对照组、糖尿病组、黄芪多糖治疗组,采用高脂饲料建立糖尿病模型。治疗组给予黄芪多糖700mg/(kg· d)灌胃,每周监测体重和随机血糖值。治疗8周后处死动物,检测肝组织中丙二醛( MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)的含量。结果与糖尿病组比较,黄芪多糖治疗组小鼠的体重和血糖值均较低,小鼠肝脏组织中的SOD含量较高,MDA含量较低。结论黄芪多糖能够显著降低KKAy小鼠体重和血糖,有效提高其肝脏抗氧化能力,是一种潜在的糖尿病治疗药物。

목적:관찰황기다당대KKAy당뇨병소서혈당급간장항양화수평적영향。방법8주령웅성C57BL/6J소서화KKAy소서수궤분위4조:정상조、정상대조조、당뇨병조、황기다당치료조,채용고지사료건립당뇨병모형。치료조급여황기다당700mg/(kg· d)관위,매주감측체중화수궤혈당치。치료8주후처사동물,검측간조직중병이철( MDA)화초양화물기화매( SOD)적함량。결과여당뇨병조비교,황기다당치료조소서적체중화혈당치균교저,소서간장조직중적SOD함량교고,MDA함량교저。결론황기다당능구현저강저KKAy소서체중화혈당,유효제고기간장항양화능력,시일충잠재적당뇨병치료약물。
s:Objective To investigate the antidiabetic effect and the potential mechanism of APS on KKAy mice.Methods Eight weeks old male C57BL/6J and KKAy mice were randomly devided into four groups:normal group, normal control group,diabetic group,APS treat-ment group.Giving them high fat diet to establish diabetes models.The treatment group received APS 700mg/(kg· d) orally, weekly monito-ring their body weight and blood gludose.After treatment with APS for 8 weeks, the animals were sacrificed, detect the contention of Methyl-endioxyamphetamine( MDA) and Superoxide Dismutase( SOD) in liver tissue.Results Compared with diabetic group, the blood glucose of APS treatment group were lower, the liver tissue SOD content were higher and the content of MDA were lower.Conclusion APS has a pro-tective effect on KKAy mice, can significantly reduce blood glucose ,improve liver antioxidant capacity , is a potential treatment for diabetes.
