采用EGSB-生物接触氧化法处理可乐生产废水,工程运行结果表明, EGSB工艺对CODCr的平均去除率达到87.64%,生物接触氧化工艺对CODCr的平均去除率达到83.69%,系统出水水质达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级排放标准。对可乐生产废水处理的工艺进行了比选,介绍了主要处理构筑的设计参数和工程运行效果。

EGSB-biological contact oxidation process was used to treat wastewater from coke production. The engineering operating results showed that, the average removal rates of CODCr by EGSB and biological con-tact oxidation process reached 87.64% and 83.69% respectively, the effluent water quality from EGSB-biologi-cal contact oxidation system met the requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The processes for coke wastewater treatment were compared and selected; besides, the design parame-ters of main structures as well as the project operating effect were also introduced.
