应用单因子分析法和喷雾法研究蜡蚧轮枝菌分生孢子萌发条件及其对螺旋粉虱的致病力.结果表明 ,蜡蚧轮枝菌分生孢子萌发的适宜温度为25~30 ℃ ;孢子萌发时间随着湿度的降低逐渐延长 ,萌发率也随之下降.蜡蚧轮枝菌分生孢子对螺旋粉虱的致病力随着有效侵染时间的延长而递增.
應用單因子分析法和噴霧法研究蠟蚧輪枝菌分生孢子萌髮條件及其對螺鏇粉虱的緻病力.結果錶明 ,蠟蚧輪枝菌分生孢子萌髮的適宜溫度為25~30 ℃ ;孢子萌髮時間隨著濕度的降低逐漸延長 ,萌髮率也隨之下降.蠟蚧輪枝菌分生孢子對螺鏇粉虱的緻病力隨著有效侵染時間的延長而遞增.

Germination conditions of conidiospore of Verticillium lecanii and its virulence to spiraling whitefly are studied with single factor analysis method and nebulization method .The results show that the optimum temperature is 25 ~ 30 ℃ , the time for conidiospore germination increase with humidity falling dow n w hile the germination rate reduces .T he virulence to spiraling w hitefly increase with the infection time .
