利用实验室加速腐蚀方法研究强碱环境对水泥石的质量、抗压强度的影响.试验过程中模拟了3种p H值(分别为9 ,11和13 )的碱性环境 ,将63个水泥试块分为3组 ,分别在3种p H值碱性溶液中进行侵蚀 ,并与21个同期未受腐蚀的试件作对比,得到了在不同p H值中不同浸泡时间的试块的相关性能.实验结果表明 ,试块的颜色及质量随时间发生了变化 ,3组试块的抗压强度大约在前30 d都在增长 ,对于p H=13的组 ,试块在35 d以后下降的幅度较大 ,试块抗压腐蚀系数波动最大.

Accelerated corrosion in laboratory is used to study the influence of alkali environment to the quality and the strength of the cement .With 3 different kinds of alkaline solutions (pH=9 ,11 , 13) , 63 cement blocks are divided into 3 groups and immerged into the solutions for erosion experiment .The results are compared with the un-erosive 21 cement blocks to get the properties of cement blocks in the alkaline environment .The results show that the color and the quality in the 3 solutions change with time ,and the strength of all groups increases in the first 30 days but decreases afterwards .For the pH = 13 group ,the strength of the cement decreases more after 35 days ,and the corrosion resistant coefficient fluctuates the most .
