分别采用干态碳纤维单向机织物(以下简称单向机织物)和三维编织物作为三角区填充物 ,制备了RT M 成型复合材料T型接头 ,进行了拉伸破坏对比试验.结果表明 ,填充物为单向机织物的T型接头拉伸初始破坏发生在三角填充区内部 ,而填充物为三维编织物的T 型接头拉伸初始破坏发生在三角填充区与腹板的圆弧界面处 ,且后者的拉伸破坏载荷较前者提高了35 .6% ,但最大破坏载荷未有明显提高.
分彆採用榦態碳纖維單嚮機織物(以下簡稱單嚮機織物)和三維編織物作為三角區填充物 ,製備瞭RT M 成型複閤材料T型接頭 ,進行瞭拉伸破壞對比試驗.結果錶明 ,填充物為單嚮機織物的T型接頭拉伸初始破壞髮生在三角填充區內部 ,而填充物為三維編織物的T 型接頭拉伸初始破壞髮生在三角填充區與腹闆的圓弧界麵處 ,且後者的拉伸破壞載荷較前者提高瞭35 .6% ,但最大破壞載荷未有明顯提高.

Both the Un-directional dry fiber and 3D braided fiber are used as filling materials in the triangle area to prepare the RT M composited T-joint ,and the tensile pull-off test are carried out to compared the performance of the two fillers .The results show that the initial failure of the T-joint with Uni-directional fiber happens inside the filler area ,while with 3D braided fiber filler failed in the arc area between the filler and the stiffener .The initial failure load of latter is increased by 35 .6% to that of the former but the maximum failure load show no improvement .
