对蚌埠市医患纠纷第三方调处机制的“政府主导，综合处置，人民调解，保险理赔”模式进行分析，指出在维护社会稳定、化解医患矛盾纠纷以及法制教育宣传等方面正发挥的作用。作为化解医患矛盾纠纷的一种重要的非诉讼形式，第三方调解机制还需要在实践中进一步完善，以形成人民调解为主，行政调解、司法调解相互衔接配合的医患纠纷调解机制。
對蚌埠市醫患糾紛第三方調處機製的“政府主導，綜閤處置，人民調解，保險理賠”模式進行分析，指齣在維護社會穩定、化解醫患矛盾糾紛以及法製教育宣傳等方麵正髮揮的作用。作為化解醫患矛盾糾紛的一種重要的非訴訟形式，第三方調解機製還需要在實踐中進一步完善，以形成人民調解為主，行政調解、司法調解相互銜接配閤的醫患糾紛調解機製。
대방부시의환규분제삼방조처궤제적“정부주도，종합처치，인민조해，보험리배”모식진행분석，지출재유호사회은정、화해의환모순규분이급법제교육선전등방면정발휘적작용。작위화해의환모순규분적일충중요적비소송형식，제삼방조해궤제환수요재실천중진일보완선，이형성인민조해위주，행정조해、사법조해상호함접배합적의환규분조해궤제。
The Third Part Mediation for the disputes between doctors and patients of Bengbu was analyzed focusing on government leading,integrative disposal,people mediation and insurance claim,which is pla-ying more and more role in mainlining social stability, removing contradictions and disputes, and legal publicity and education.As an important non-lawsuit type to solve the disputes between doctors and pa-tients,the Third Part needs to be perfected in practice in order to form a good mechanism in which the people mediation is the main models,and administrative mediation is mutual connection with judicial me-diation.
