为提高医药院校《药理学》教材内容与临床实际适切度提供参考依据。收集2003年9至2014年4月《药品不良反应信息通报》,将通报药品的不良反应内容与《药理学》教材内容进行比较。通报药品共43种,教材中列出相同药物31种,其中描述内容基本适切的10种,占比23.26%;描述内容部分适切的13种,占比30.23%;描述内容不适切的9种占比20.9%。教材对药物不良反应的描述与临床实际发生不良反应的表现、发生频度存在一定差异。调查内容可为新编教材内容提供参考,提高教材内容和临床实际的适切度。

To provide reference on how to improve the revelance between the teaching content in Pharma-cology teaching material and clinical practice,the authors collect the Adverse Drug Reactions Information Bulletin from September 2003 to April 2014 ,and compare the content of adverse drug reactions between the The Bulletin and the content of Pharmacology teaching material.There are 43 kinds of drugs in The Bulletin ( For traditional Chinese medicine is not listed in pharmacology so not as the emphasis to discuss in this article) and only 31 kinds of drugs related in pharmacological books.Only 10 kinds of drugs are described appropriately in the basic level, accounting 23.26%.13 kinds of drugs are described partial appropriately,accounting 30.23%.9 kinds of drugs are not appropriately described,accounting 20.93%. There are some differences between the teaching content in Pharmacology teaching material and clinical practice.The results of the survey can be provided as references to revise or amend the teaching material. It can also improve the revelance between the teaching content in Pharmacology teaching material and clinical practice.
