论述了新建地方本科高校向新兴新型应用型大学转型转变发展中创新创业教育体系的十大支柱，即理念、组织、目标、专业方向、课程体系、课程、导师、教学方法、载体、资金。提出了创新创业教育实践的专业复合、人才培养、学生创业、科技服务、混合模式、专利转化、公益服务七个着力点。

This paper discusses ten pillars of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,inclu-ding the concept,organization,goal,orientation,curriculum system,curriculum,teacher,teaching method,carrier,and fund about the newly built local undergraduate colleges and universities transfor-ming into application-oriented technology university.And then,this thesis proposes seven key points, including professional composite,talents training,student entrepreneurship,technology services, mixed mode,patents transformation,and public service.
