目的:观查中药治疗对IgA肾病白胞介素10的作用。方法选取IgA肾病患者30例为治疗组,健康人20例为对照组。除高血压患者口服降压(血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂和(或)钙拮抗剂)外,治疗组通过辨证论治给予中药汤剂口服。健康对照组不予任何干预措施。运用流式细胞仪检测治疗组及对照组的外周血白细胞介素10水平并进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组白介素10比较两者存在统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前后治疗组白介素10比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药通过调节IL-10的水平在IgA肾病的治疗中发挥其治疗作用。

목적:관사중약치료대IgA신병백포개소10적작용。방법선취IgA신병환자30례위치료조,건강인20례위대조조。제고혈압환자구복강압(혈관긴장소전화매억제제화(혹)개길항제)외,치료조통과변증론치급여중약탕제구복。건강대조조불여임하간예조시。운용류식세포의검측치료조급대조조적외주혈백세포개소10수평병진행비교。결과치료조여대조조백개소10비교량자존재통계학차이(P<0.05);치료전후치료조백개소10비교유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론중약통과조절IL-10적수평재IgA신병적치료중발휘기치료작용。
s:ObjectiveToobservetheeffectofChineseherbalmedicineoninterleukin10inIgAnephropathy.Methods 30casesof IgA nephropathy were selected as treatment group,20 cases healthy people were selected as control group.Except hypertension patients trea-ted with antihypertensive ( angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and ( or) calcium antagonist) , the treatment groups were given TCM de-coction by syndrome differentiation treatment.No intervention measures were given to healthy control group.Flow cytometry was used to de-tect the levels of interleukin 10 in peripheral blood of treatment group and healthy control group and the results were compared.Results In-terleukin 10 of treatment group compared with healthy control group had significant difference (P<0.05);after the treatment, the treatment group of interleukin 10 compared with before treatment, there had significant differences (P<0.05) .Conclusion Traditional Chinese med-icine plays a therapeutic role in the treatment of IgA nephropathy by regulating the level of interleukin 10.
