目的:观察茵栀黄颗粒联合培菲康散剂治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效及对患儿心肌酶、降钙素原( PCT)的影响。方法114例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为两组。治疗组采用茵栀黄颗粒联合培菲康散剂治疗,对照组仅给予培菲康散剂治疗。两组疗程均为1周。比较两组疗效和治疗前后心肌酶、胆红素及PCT水平变化,及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)治疗后较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后PCT和胆红素水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应。结论茵栀黄颗粒联合培菲康散剂治疗新生儿高胆红素血症可明显改善患儿心肌酶,降低PCT水平,安全可靠。

목적:관찰인치황과립연합배비강산제치료신생인고담홍소혈증료효급대환인심기매、강개소원( PCT)적영향。방법114례신생인고담홍소혈증환인수궤분위량조。치료조채용인치황과립연합배비강산제치료,대조조부급여배비강산제치료。량조료정균위1주。비교량조료효화치료전후심기매、담홍소급PCT수평변화,급불량반응。결과치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P<0.05);량조기산격매(CK)화기산격매동공매(CK-MB)치료후교치료전현저감소(P<0.05),차치료조현저저우대조조(P<0.05);량조치료후PCT화담홍소수평균현저저우치료전(P<0.05),차치료조현저저우대조조(P<0.05);치료기간량조균미견명현불량반응。결론인치황과립연합배비강산제치료신생인고담홍소혈증가명현개선환인심기매,강저PCT수평,안전가고。
s:Objective To observe the effect of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Bifico powder in treatment of neonatal hyperbiliru-binemiaanditseffectonserummyocardialenzymeandcalcitoninangiotensinogen(PCT).Methods 114casesofneonatalhyperbilirubi-nemia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received Yinzhihuang and Bifico powder, the control group only received Bifico powder.The treatment lasted one week.The changes of myocardial enzymes, bilirubin and PCT levels, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);two groups of creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);PCT and bilirubin levels were significantly low-er in the two groups after treatment than before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the two groups during treatment showed no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules combined with Bifico in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can significantly improve myocardial enzymes in children,lower PCT level, and is safe and reliable.
