目的：观察银杏叶胶囊对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（ PCI）患者术后再狭窄以及左室收缩功能的影响。方法80例冠心病PCI术后患者随机分为两组。对照组仅给予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用银杏叶胶囊。治疗12个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的心电图、超声心动图、冠脉造影（ CAG）等检查结果以及临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效、心电图疗效及冠脉造影再狭窄率与对照组相比较，差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；同时，治疗组左室射血分数（ LVEF）、每搏输出量（ SV）、每分输出量（ CO）值均明显改善，与对照组相比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论银杏叶胶囊能有效降低冠心病患者PCI术后再狭窄发生率，同时能有效改善其左室收缩功能，提高心输出量。
목적：관찰은행협효낭대경피관상동맥개입치료（ PCI）환자술후재협착이급좌실수축공능적영향。방법80례관심병PCI술후환자수궤분위량조。대조조부급여상규서약치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상가용은행협효낭。치료12개월후비교량조환자치료전후적심전도、초성심동도、관맥조영（ CAG）등검사결과이급림상료효。결과치료조림상료효、심전도료효급관맥조영재협착솔여대조조상비교，차이균구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；동시，치료조좌실사혈분수（ LVEF）、매박수출량（ SV）、매분수출량（ CO）치균명현개선，여대조조상비교차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론은행협효낭능유효강저관심병환자PCI술후재협착발생솔，동시능유효개선기좌실수축공능，제고심수출량。
s:Objective To observe the effect of Yinxingye capsules to prevent the restenosis after pereutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)inpatientswithcoronaryarterydisease(CAD).Methods 80casesofCADafterPCIwererandomlydividedintotwogroups.The control group was only given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group added with Yinxingye capsules based on the control group.To compare the changes of the ECG,ultrasonic cardiogram(UCG),coronary angiography(CAG) and clinical efficacy between two group.Results After treatment,the ECG,UCG,CAG results and clinical efficacy of patients in treatment group were significantly improved, compared with the control group,the differences were significant( P<0.05) .At the same time,the level of LVEF,SV and CO of patients in treatment group were significantly improved,compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Yinx-ingye capsules in patients with coronary heart disease can reduce the incidence of restenosis after PCI ,and effectively improve the left ventric-ular systolic function and cardiac output.
