糖尿病足坏疽是糖尿病的严重并发症，是导致患者致残甚至致死的重要原因之一。中医对其发病机理、治疗及预防有着独到的见解与方法，采取中西医结合疗法配合饮食治疗在临床上具有良好的疗效。从糖尿病足早、中、晚3期的饮食规律结构入手，并通过典型病案探讨在糖足饮食治疗中的注意事项，对改善糖尿病足患者的预后有所帮助。
당뇨병족배저시당뇨병적엄중병발증，시도치환자치잔심지치사적중요원인지일。중의대기발병궤리、치료급예방유착독도적견해여방법，채취중서의결합요법배합음식치료재림상상구유량호적료효。종당뇨병족조、중、만3기적음식규률결구입수，병통과전형병안탐토재당족음식치료중적주의사항，대개선당뇨병족환자적예후유소방조。
Abstracts:Diabetic foot gangrene is one of the serious complications of diabetes,it is the leading cause of disability and even death in patients with diabetes.Traditional Chinese medicine has original ideas and methods on the pathogenesis, treatment and prevention .Our de-partment to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy with diet therapy has obtained the good curative effect in clinic.Based on diabetic foot early, middle and late 3 period diet rules of structure, and through the typical case, to discuss the matters of attention in the diet therapy in sugar, hopes to be helpful for improving the prognosis of diabetic foot patients.
