目的：建立测定痹痛酊中白藜芦醇含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用Fortis C18柱（4．6mm ×250mm，5μm），以乙腈－0．05％磷酸氢二钾（18：82）为流动相，流速1．0mL／min，柱温30℃，检测波长306nm。结果白藜芦醇在0．032－0．64mg／mL浓度范围内有良好线性关系（r＝0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．30％，RSD1．21％，5批痹痛酊中白藜芦醇的平均含量为0．65mg／mL。结论本方法简便，快速，准确，重复性好，可用于痹痛酊中白藜芦醇的含量测定。
목적：건립측정비통정중백려호순함량적고효액상색보방법。방법채용Fortis C18주（4．6mm ×250mm，5μm），이을정－0．05％린산경이갑（18：82）위류동상，류속1．0mL／min，주온30℃，검측파장306nm。결과백려호순재0．032－0．64mg／mL농도범위내유량호선성관계（r＝0．9999），평균가양회수솔위99．30％，RSD1．21％，5비비통정중백려호순적평균함량위0．65mg／mL。결론본방법간편，쾌속，준학，중복성호，가용우비통정중백려호순적함량측정。
s:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of resveratrol in Bitong tinct.Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Fortis-C18(4.6mm ×250mm, 5μm)column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile(18) -0.05% K2HPO4(82), the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃, The UV detector was set at 306nm.Results The linear response range was 0.032-0.64mg/mL(r=0.9999).The average recovery of resveratrol was 99.30%, and RSD was1.21%,the average determination of res-veratrol in 5 batchs Bitong tinct was 0.65mg/mL.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable.It can be applied in determination of resveratrol in Bitong tinct.
