针对目前高职院校实验实训室在学生技能创新能力培养上存在的弊端，以广东食品药品职业学院药物制剂技术实验实训室为例，近年在实验实训室开放的探索和取得的成绩，并就现阶段面临的问题，提出解决的方法与对策，实践证明开放实验实训室是培养高职技术革新能手的有效途径之一。

The shortcomings of students training were analyzed about innovation practice ability in the current higher vocational education.The pharmaceutical technique laboratory of guangdong food and drug vocational college was taken as an example of the opening-experimentation Lab with a little of the achieve-ment.Meanwhile,the appropriate recommendations are proposed on the existing problems.The opening-experimentation Lab is one of the most effective ways to cultivate skilled technological innovator.
