目的:采用喂食高脂饲料,复制高脂血症之冠心病的动物模型。观察当归川芎合剂对大鼠高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及冠状动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块面积的百分比的影响。从而阐明当归川芎合剂在防治冠心病动脉粥样硬化方面的机制。方法取健康雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为4组。正常对照组10只,喂饲基础饲料;模型对照组、复方丹参组、当归川芎组均喂饲高脂饲料,平均每天每只20g,在给与高脂饲料的同时,当归川芎组每天灌胃给予当归川芎合剂,复方丹参组每天灌胃给予复方丹参液,正常对照组和模型对照组每日灌胃给与同体积水。给药40d后测定HDL、LDL、TC、TG的含量,冠状动脉AS斑块面积的百分比。结果在血脂水平方面,当归川芎组HDL高于模型对照组(P<0.05),LDL、TC、TG低于模型对照组(P<0.05),与复方丹参组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);在冠状动脉粥样斑块面积指数(PAI)方面,当归川芎组显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01),与复方丹参组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论当归川芎组合具有降血脂与减轻冠状动脉粥样斑块的作用。

목적:채용위식고지사료,복제고지혈증지관심병적동물모형。관찰당귀천궁합제대대서고밀도지단백(HDL)、저밀도지단백(LDL)、혈장총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)급관상동맥죽양경화(AS)반괴면적적백분비적영향。종이천명당귀천궁합제재방치관심병동맥죽양경화방면적궤제。방법취건강웅성Wistar대서40지,수궤분위4조。정상대조조10지,위사기출사료;모형대조조、복방단삼조、당귀천궁조균위사고지사료,평균매천매지20g,재급여고지사료적동시,당귀천궁조매천관위급여당귀천궁합제,복방단삼조매천관위급여복방단삼액,정상대조조화모형대조조매일관위급여동체적수。급약40d후측정HDL、LDL、TC、TG적함량,관상동맥AS반괴면적적백분비。결과재혈지수평방면,당귀천궁조HDL고우모형대조조(P<0.05),LDL、TC、TG저우모형대조조(P<0.05),여복방단삼조비교무현저성차이(P>0.05);재관상동맥죽양반괴면적지수(PAI)방면,당귀천궁조현저저우모형대조조(P<0.01),여복방단삼조비교유차이(P<0.05)。결론당귀천궁조합구유강혈지여감경관상동맥죽양반괴적작용。
s:Objective By feeding high fat feed, animal model of hyperlipidemiain the replication of coronary heart disease,to observe influence of Danggui Chuanxiong mixture on rats HDL, LDL, TC, TG and percentage of AS plaque area.To elucidate the mechanism of Dan-ggui Chuanxiong mixture in the prevention and treatment of Coronary atherosclerosis.Methods With 40 healthy male Wistar rats, divided in-to 4 groups at random.Normal control group(10) by feeding the basic fodder;the model group, Fufang Danshen group, Danggui and Chuanx-iong group were fed with high fat diet,the average per day per 20g in the given high fat diet at the same time,Danggui Chuanxiong group were gavaged daily with Danggui Chuanxiong mixture,Fufang Danshen group were gavaged daily with compound Danshen the normal control group and the model control group daily gavage given the same volume of water.After 40 days administration for determination of HDL, LDL, TC, TG content, AS coronary artery plaque area percentage.Result In lipid levels,HDL of Danggui Chuanxiong group was higher than that of the model control group(P<0.05),LDL、TC、TG were lower than that of the model control group(P<0.05),no remarkable difference compared with Fufang Danshen group(P>0.05);in coronary atherosclerotic plaque area index (PAI),Danggui Chuanxiong group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01),compared with Fufang Danshen group was significant different(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Chuanxiong combination has the effects of reducing blood lipid and reducing coronary atherosclerotic plaque.
