通过对国内外铜资源可供性、开发利用水平、管理方式等方面的差异进行对比分析，结果表明国内铜资源综合竞争力偏低。对策建议：(1)加强国内铜产业整合；(2)积极“走出去”，开发利用境外铜矿资源；(3)建立铜资源储备机制，预防供应中断风险。
通過對國內外銅資源可供性、開髮利用水平、管理方式等方麵的差異進行對比分析，結果錶明國內銅資源綜閤競爭力偏低。對策建議：(1)加彊國內銅產業整閤；(2)積極“走齣去”，開髮利用境外銅礦資源；(3)建立銅資源儲備機製，預防供應中斷風險。
통과대국내외동자원가공성、개발이용수평、관리방식등방면적차이진행대비분석，결과표명국내동자원종합경쟁력편저。대책건의：(1)가강국내동산업정합；(2)적겁“주출거”，개발이용경외동광자원；(3)건립동자원저비궤제，예방공응중단풍험。
Through comparative analysis on availability,development and utilization level,and management mode of copper resources at home and abroad, the results show that the competitiveness of domestic copper resources is lower. There are some suggestions as follows.First, strengthen the integration of domestic copper industry. Second,implement "Going out" strategy actively to develop copper resources abroad. Third, establish reserve mechanism of copper resources to prevent the risk of supply disruptions.
