医学人文教育与《生物技术制药》专业教育的分离是制约生物技术和药学高等教育发展的顽症。目前，我国多数医学院校对《生物技术制药》专业课教学中的医学人文教育探索不够。笔者依托国家免疫生物制品工程技术中心的研究平台和人文环境，在药学及生物技术的医学本科教学中，进行为期六年的医学人文教育改革实践。探讨在《生物技术制药》专业课教学中加强医学人文教育的必要性、理念及相应创新改革措施，进一步完善医学本科创新教育改革体系。

Separation of medical humanistic education and biotechnological pharmacy professional educa-tion, is a stubborn disease of the development of medical education.At present, the exploration on humanistic education in the biotechnological pharmacy professional course teaching in majority of China's colleges is not enough.With the platform of the“National Engineering Research Center of Immunological Products”,the authors carried on the practice of humanistic education reform in the major of biotechnolog-ical pharmacy.This paper is to discuss the necessity, concept and the corresponding reform of the enhancement of humanistic education in the professional course teaching,and to further improve the inno-vation reform of education system in medical undergraduate.
