目的：观察尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾脏病4期的疗效。方法36例CKD4期患者随机分为对照组、尿毒清常规剂量组、尿毒清大剂量组，对照组给予基础治疗，常规剂量组每日口服25g尿毒清颗粒，大剂量组每日口服40g尿毒清颗粒，疗程为3个月。检测各组治疗前后的血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Scr）、尿酸（UA）、血红蛋白（Hb）、肾小球举步滤过率（eGFR）。结果3组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；尿毒清不同剂量组的BUN、Scr、UA、eGFR均较治疗前下降，而Hb无改变，且分别与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论尿毒清颗粒能有效治疗慢性肾脏疾病，但大剂量使用效果更明显。
목적：관찰뇨독청과립대만성신장병4기적료효。방법36례CKD4기환자수궤분위대조조、뇨독청상규제량조、뇨독청대제량조，대조조급여기출치료，상규제량조매일구복25g뇨독청과립，대제량조매일구복40g뇨독청과립，료정위3개월。검측각조치료전후적혈뇨소담（BUN）、기항（Scr）、뇨산（UA）、혈홍단백（Hb）、신소구거보려과솔（eGFR）。결과3조림상료효비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；뇨독청불동제량조적BUN、Scr、UA、eGFR균교치료전하강，이Hb무개변，차분별여대조조치료후비교，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론뇨독청과립능유효치료만성신장질병，단대제량사용효과경명현。
s:ObjectiveToobservetheclinicalefficiencyofNiaoduqinggranulesintreatmentofchronickidneydisease4.Methods 36 cases with CKD4 were randomly divided into control group, conventional doses group and large doses group.The control group was treated with basic treatment alone.The conventional doses group was added with oral uremic clearance granules 25 grams.The large doses group was added with oral uremic clearance granules 40 grams.All treated for 3 months.The serum of BUN, Scr, UA, Hb , eGFR were measured re-spectively before and after the treatment.Results There had significant difference in three groups of the clinical effect(P<0.05);the ser-um of BUN, Scr, UA,eGFR after the treatment of large doses group and conventional doses group decreased than before treatment, but no change in Hb.The serum of BUN, Scr, UA,eGFR after the treatment of large doses group and conventional doses group were significanct difference compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uremic Clearance granules can be effective in treating chronic kidney dis-ease, large doses is more effective.
