毕业设计是药学本科教育中最重要的实践性教学环节，其目的在于通过实验设计、分析数据和整理论文，提高毕业学生的综合素质、创新能力和就业竞争力。该文总结并分析在药学本科学生毕业设计带教过程中发现的问题，并提出改进措施。

Graduation design and thesis is the most important part of practicality education in the process of undergraduate education for pharmaceutical students,which aims at improving the comprehensive quali-ty,innovation ability and the employment competitive power of graduate students by designing experi-ments,analyzing data and finishing the paper.In this paper, the authors summarized and analyzed the problems existing in the thesis for bachelor degree of Pharmacy in the school,and also proposed the im-provement measurements.
