目的:比较特发性癫?患者组和继发性癫?患者组的脑电图(EEG )特征。方法:分别选择36例特发性癫?患者和36例继发性癫?患者,根据国际10-20系统安放20个电极描记EEG ,并完成睁闭眼反应、闪光刺激、过度换气诱发试验。记录时间1~16 h不等。记录完毕分别用耳电极参考导联和中线导联回放EEG资料,比较分析两组患者的脑电图特征。结果:特发性癫?患者的典型?样波型明显多于继发性癫?者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);特发性癫?患者的棘慢波暴发图形明显多于继发性癫?患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);特发性癫?患者的高幅?样波型明显多于继发性癫?患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特发性癫?患者EEG?样波型规则、典型、波幅高、常有棘慢波暴发图形出现;继发性癫?患者的?样波型不规则、波幅偏低、很少有棘慢波暴发图形出现。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of electroencephalogram (EEG) in bolt patients with idiopathic and those with secondary epilepsy and to study the mechanism of epileptic dischange and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy .Methods:36 cases of idiopathic epilepsy and 36 cases of secondary epilepsy were selected according to the international 10~20 system ,20 electrode recordings were positioned .Recording time:1~16 hours .The EEG features of the two groups were compared .Re‐sults:The typical epileptiform pattern in patients with idiopathic epilepsy were significantly more than in those with secondary epilepsy .The difference had statistical significance (P<0 .05);Those with idiopath‐ic epileptic spike and slow wave burst graphics were significantly more than in those with secondary epi‐lepsy .The difference had statistical significance (P<0 .05);Those with idiopathic seizures of high ampli‐tude pathologic waves weres significantly higher than in those with secondary epilepsy .The difference had statistical significance (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:In the group of idiopathic epilepsy ,EEG waves are reqular and typical with high amplitude slow and wave bursts rarely .
