目的：探讨超声刀在腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术中使用效果和技巧。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2013年3月我院采用超声刀的腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术110例患者的临床资料。结果全组无中转开腹，无手术死亡病例，均顺利完成手术。手术时间为170～225 min ，平均205 min；淋巴结清扫数目为19～38枚，平均28枚；术中出血量为50～350 mL ，平均150mL ；术后3d腹腔总引流量为20～150mL，平均65mL ；术后肠道功能恢复时间为3～5d，平均4.1d；住院时间为6～9d，平均7.5d。结论超声刀运用于腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术安全、有效。
목적：탐토초성도재복강경위암D2근치술중사용효과화기교。방법회고성분석2012년6월지2013년3월아원채용초성도적복강경위암D2근치술110례환자적림상자료。결과전조무중전개복，무수술사망병례，균순리완성수술。수술시간위170～225 min ，평균205 min；림파결청소수목위19～38매，평균28매；술중출혈량위50～350 mL ，평균150mL ；술후3d복강총인류량위20～150mL，평균65mL ；술후장도공능회복시간위3～5d，평균4.1d；주원시간위6～9d，평균7.5d。결론초성도운용우복강경위암D2근치술안전、유효。
Objective To study the effect and surgical skill of ultrasonically activated shears in laparoscopic radical gas‐trectomy (D2) for patients with gastric cancer . Methods Clinical data and results of 110 patients underwent laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy with ultrasonically activated shears from June 2012 to Mar 2013 were collected and studied . Results The programs were completed in all the cases without conversion and dead .The operating times were 170‐225min ,mean 205 min . Lymph nodes in resected specimen were (19‐38 ,mean 28) .The operative blood loss was 50‐350 mL ,mean 150 mL .Return times of bowel function were 3‐5 d ,mean 4.1 d .Length of stay was 6‐9 d ,mean 7.5 d .Conclusion Laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy with ultrasonically activated shears is safe and effective method .
