目的：观察消风散治疗风热型湿疹患者临床疗效及其安全性，为临床用药提供一定的指导意义。方法108例湿疹患者随机分为2组，对照组采用常规对症治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用消风散治疗。两组疗程均为14d。比较两组疗效、麻疹程度评分、不良反应及复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05）；治疗后两组瘙痒程度评分均较治疗前显著减少（P＜0．05），且治疗组显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应；治疗组复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论消风散治疗风热型湿疹患者临床疗效显著，可明显减轻患者瘙痒程度，无明显不良反应，复发率低，安全可靠。
목적：관찰소풍산치료풍열형습진환자림상료효급기안전성，위림상용약제공일정적지도의의。방법108례습진환자수궤분위2조，대조조채용상규대증치료，치료조재대조조기출상가용소풍산치료。량조료정균위14d。비교량조료효、마진정도평분、불량반응급복발정황。결과치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조（ P＜0．05）；치료후량조소양정도평분균교치료전현저감소（P＜0．05），차치료조현저저우대조조（P＜0．05）；치료기간량조균미견명현불량반응；치료조복발솔현저저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론소풍산치료풍열형습진환자림상료효현저，가명현감경환자소양정도，무명현불량반응，복발솔저，안전가고。
s:Objective To observe the effect of Xiaofeng powder in treatment of eczema with wind-heat type, to provide some guidance forclinicaltreatment.Methods 108casesofeczemawererandomlydividedintotwogroups.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionalsymp-tomatic treatment and the treatment group received Xiaofeng powder based on the control group.The treatment lasted 14 days.To compare the effects of the two groups, the degree of measles, adverse reactions and recurrence.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05);after treatment, two groups of the degree of pruritus was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaofeng powder in treatment of ec-zema with wind-heat type has remarkable curative effect,can significantly reduce the degree of itching ,with no significant adverse reactions and recurrence rate, is safe and reliable.
