本文以中国高技术产业13个细分行业1997~2011年面板数据为研究样本,利用面板门限回归模型对FDI研发活动对内资企业生产率增长的影响,以及内资企业技术吸收能力在FDI技术溢出过程中的门槛特征进行分析.研究结果显示:FDI研发活动对内资企业存在正向技术溢出效应;内资企业研发资金强度和研发人员强度对FDI技术溢出有非线性影响,并存在显著的单门限效应,当超过各自的门限值时,FDI的技术溢出效应均有显著提高.另外,内资企业研发投入、对外开放程度都是生产率增长的重要影响因素,但企业规模对生产率增长没有显著影响.
本文以中國高技術產業13箇細分行業1997~2011年麵闆數據為研究樣本,利用麵闆門限迴歸模型對FDI研髮活動對內資企業生產率增長的影響,以及內資企業技術吸收能力在FDI技術溢齣過程中的門檻特徵進行分析.研究結果顯示:FDI研髮活動對內資企業存在正嚮技術溢齣效應;內資企業研髮資金彊度和研髮人員彊度對FDI技術溢齣有非線性影響,併存在顯著的單門限效應,噹超過各自的門限值時,FDI的技術溢齣效應均有顯著提高.另外,內資企業研髮投入、對外開放程度都是生產率增長的重要影響因素,但企業規模對生產率增長沒有顯著影響.

The paper conducts empirical analysis on the 1997-2011 panel data of 13 industry segments of China high-tech indus-try by using panel threshold regression model,in which the effect of FDI R&D activities in domestic enterprises productivity growth and the threshold characteristics of technology absorption capacity of domestic enterprises are studied.The results of empirical analysis are as fol-lows :FDI R&D activities have positive spillover effect on domestic enterprises;the R&D expense intensity and human capital as the threshold indicators of absorptive capacity to domestic funded enterprises have nonlinear effects on FDI technology spillover,and have single significant threshold effect.The effect of FDI technology spillover improves significantly when they exceed the threshold values.In addi-tion,R&D investment,opening degree of domestic enterprise are all the important factors influencing the productivity growth,and the scale of the enterprise has no significant effect on it.
