本文首先运用因子分析法从技术创新投入产出能力和消化吸收研发能力两个方面构建我国制造业行业技术创新能力评价体系,再使用数据包络法评价我国制造业行业技术创新效率.最后通过技术创新能力评价和技术创新效率评价两个维度的评价将我国制造业30个行业分为高能力高效率、高能力低效率、低能力高效率和低能力低效率4个类别.

A technological innovation ability evaluation index of manufacturing industries in China is constructed from input-output ability and learning-assimilation ability using the factor analysis method.Then data envelopment analysis is used to evaluate the technolog-ical innovation efficiency.In the last part of this paper,the author combines the ability and efficiency evaluation and classifies 30 manufac-turing industries into four categories which are industries with high ability and high efficiency,industries with high ability and low efficien-cy,industries with low ability and high efficiency,industries with low ability and low efficiency.
