为了对弹射救生人椅系统外流场进行数值模拟,建立了人椅系统三维几何模型,利用非结构混合网格对计算域进行离散,采用有限体积法求解Navier-Stokes方程. 应用SAS方法分别对人椅系统在马赫数为0.6,迎角为-90°~90°条件下进行数值模拟,计算结果与风洞试验结果吻合较好. 对无防护状态下的人椅系统进行数值模拟,根据飞行员面部、头颈部、四肢的受力情况分析高速气流吹袭下飞行员的损伤机理,对飞行员弹射救生以及高速气流吹袭装置的研制具有一定的指导意义.

In order to simulate the flow fields around the aircraft ejection seat system, the three-dimensional geomet-rical model of the system is established, which uses unstructured grids for spatial discretisation, and solves the Navier-Stokes equations by the finite volume method. The scale adaptive simulation ( SAS) turbulence model is ap-plied to simulate the flow around the system at Mach number 0.6 and angles of attack varied from -90 to 90 de-grees. The results of numerical simulation agree well with that of the wind tunnel experiment. The system without protective device is numerically simulated and the mechanism of high-speed wind blast' s injury to the pilot' s face, head, neck and four limbs is investigated. This investigation is helpful to the ejection life-saving of pilots and the research and development of high-speed windblast protecting devices.
