远红外烘干炉温控系统难以用精确的数学模型表述,当采用传统的比例积分微分控制时,控制参数无法适应系统时变性要求,很难取得满意的动态性能. 模糊控制不依赖模型且对环境干扰和参数变化不敏感,但存在无法消除静差等缺陷. 提出了一种将模糊控制与PID控制相结合的混合型控制器,充分发挥模糊控制和PID控制的优点,实现烘干炉温度的最优控制. 在实验室环境下,通过对试验炉进行实际测试,表明混合型控制器在调节时间、超调量等方面都优于传统的PID控制.

The far infrared drying furnace temperature control system is hard to be expressed accurately by mathe-matical model. When using the traditional proportion integration differentiation ( PID) control, the control parame-ters cannot meet the time-varying requirements of the system, and therefore it is hard to get satisfying dynamic per-formance. The fuzzy control does not depend on the model and is not sensitive to environmental disturbance and pa-rameter changes, but it cannot eliminate such defects as steady-state error. This paper proposes a hybrid controller combining fuzzy control and PID control, giving full play to the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control to a-chieve optimal temperature control of the drying furnace. In the laboratory environment, the actual test was carried out on the test furnace, showing that the hybrid controller is superior to the traditional PID control in such aspects as adjusting time and overshoot amount.
