在绿色发展的理念下,本文构建了包含经济效率和绿色效率的绿色发展效率模型,并根据DEA-RAM方法对我国煤炭产业绿色发展效率进行了研究.实证结果表明:我国煤炭产业绿色发展效率较低;在2008年之前,我国煤炭绿色发展效率发展缓慢;2008年之后,煤炭产业绿色发展效率呈现较快的增长趋势;能源要素配置效率低下和污染控制技术革新速度较慢是影响我国煤炭产业绿色发展效率的关键原因.

Under the concept of green development,this paper constructs the green development efficiency model containing the e-conomic efficiency and the green efficiency.And according to the method of DEA-RAM,green development efficiency of coal industry is studied.The empirical results show that:the green development efficiency of China's coal industry is low ;before 2008,the green devel-opment efficiency of China's coal industry develops slowly;after 2008,the green development efficiency shows faster growth trend;the key reasons that affect green development efficiency of China's coal industry are inefficiency of energy allocation and slower rate of pollution con-trol technology innovation.
