目的:评价医学专业本科生医学统计学实验课程中开展案例 -PBL -构建主义教学法的教学改革效果.方法:将包头医学院麻醉、法医专业3个班分为教改组和传统组 ,传统组实施常规讲授教学模式 ,教改组实施案例 -PBL -构建主义教学模式 ,采用试卷考核与问卷调查的方法评估教学效果.结果:教改组学生的考试成绩优于传统组( P < 0 .05 );两组之间学生满意度、动手能力、应用能力的差异均有统计学意义( P <0 .05).结论:案例 -PBL -构建主义教学模式可激发学生学习医学统计学的兴趣 ,提高学生分析、应用和解决实际问题的能力 ,促进学生对知识的掌握和运用.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of the teaching reform of case -PBL - constructionism teaching method on the experi-mental course of medical statistics for medical students in medical college .Methods:Students from three classes majored in anesthesia and forensic medicine of Baotou medical college were divided into teaching reform group and the conventional group ,with the conventional lec-turing teaching mode implemented in the former group ,and case-PBL -constructivism teaching method carried out in the latter group . The teaching effect was evaluated by the method of tests and questionnaire survey .Results :Students'test score in the teaching reform group was better than that in the conventional group ( P <0 .05) .There were significant differences between the two groups in the de-gree of satisfaction ,the manipulative ability and the application ability of students ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion:Case-PBL -constructivism teaching method can stimulate students'interest in learning medical statistics ,improve students'ability of analyzing ,applying and solving practical problems ,and promote students'mastery and use of Knowledge .
