以彰显胜任能力为主的培训方式已成为全球各类人才培养的主要趋势。在阐释胜任力理论的基础上,结合当前中医人才培养模式的现状,初步提出建立基于胜任力模型的中医人才培养模式、考核体系及奖惩机制,为当前中医人才培养的改革提供了崭新的视角。
以彰顯勝任能力為主的培訓方式已成為全毬各類人纔培養的主要趨勢。在闡釋勝任力理論的基礎上,結閤噹前中醫人纔培養模式的現狀,初步提齣建立基于勝任力模型的中醫人纔培養模式、攷覈體繫及獎懲機製,為噹前中醫人纔培養的改革提供瞭嶄新的視角。
이창현성임능력위주적배훈방식이성위전구각류인재배양적주요추세。재천석성임력이론적기출상,결합당전중의인재배양모식적현상,초보제출건립기우성임력모형적중의인재배양모식、고핵체계급장징궤제,위당전중의인재배양적개혁제공료참신적시각。
s:The training method which mainly highlights the ability has become the major global trend of all the personnel training.On the basis of interpretation of competency theory, combined with the current situation of Chinese medicine training model, the TCM personnel training mode, the evaluation system and the incentive mechanisms which primarily based on the competence mode has been proposed and es-tablished, all these provide a new perspective for the reform of Chinese medicine personnel training.
