依据2013年4月24日-5月23日闽浙沿岸赤潮暴发前后4个航次的现场调查数据,分析了该海域各项溶解无机态营养盐的浓度及分布特征,并对其与赤潮的关系进行了初步探讨.结果显示,调查海域春季DIN、PO4-P和SiO3-Si的平均浓度分别为(16.62±8.62)μmol/L、(0.75±0.33)μmol/L和(19.91±10.30)μmol/L,氮和磷的平均浓度均超过国家一类海水水质标准.营养盐的分布特征整体上表现出由近岸向外海逐渐降低的趋势,高值区出现在飞云江口和闽江口等近海海域,赤潮暴发后,整个调查海域各项营养盐分布表现出北低南高的特点.赤潮区域DIN和PO4-P浓度随着赤潮的发生、发展呈持续下降的趋势,低氮磷比不利于东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)的生长.水文跃层、生物作用、陆源输入及台湾暖流等是影响春季FA断面营养盐分布的主要因素.

According to the four cruises in the coastal area of Fujian and Zhejiang from April 24th to May 23th in 2013, the concentrations, distributions of dissolved inorganic nutrients were analyzed. And the relationship with harmful algal blooms was also discussed. It showed that the average concentrations of DIN, PO4-P and SiO3-Si were (16.62±8.62)μmol/L, (0.75± 0.33)μmol/L and (19.91±10.30)μmol/L respectively, and the average concentrations of DIN and PO4-P were higher than the 1st class seawater quality in the national standard. The distribution of nutrients had clear characteristics that it decreased gradually in the offshore direction and the relatively high concentrations appeared in the adjacent areas of Feiyunjiang and Minjiang estuary. After the occurrence of HAB, the concentration of nutrients in the north of the whole area was higher than that in the south. The nutrient concentrations in the HAB area declined with the development of HAB. Low ratio of DIN/P was not conducive to the growth of Prorocentrum donghaiense. The stratification, biological effect, terrestrial input and Taiwan warm currents were the main factors influencing the nutrients distribution of FA section in spring.
