为较为准确、 快速地判断大豆物检中的粒面生霉现象, 了解生霉粒表面霉菌的种类, 并对其进行分离与纯化. 本文对不同类型的疑似 "生霉粒" 进行了筛分, 并将其中阳性对照组 (大豆生霉粒组) 的粒面霉菌进行分离、纯化与初步鉴定. 结果表明: 粒面黑斑与白色絮状大豆并非生霉粒, 其表面霉菌数与阳性对照组相差2个数量级, 推测只是沾染生霉粒孢子所致; 阳性对照组分离出9个种霉菌, 分别属于5个菌属, 其中青霉优势菌占所分离菌株的58.21%, 曲霉占23.88%, 赤霉占7.46%, 镰孢菌占1.49%, 其他菌占8.96%.

For more accurately and quickly determining mildew phenomenon of soybean surface, realizing, Isolating and purifying species of mildew of soybean surface, different species of "suspected" mold were sieved. And mold from positive con-trol group (soybean mildew particles group) above were isolated, purified and preliminary identification. Findings suggest that blackspot and white flocculent soybean were not belonging to mucoriferous soybean , which mold counts were two orders of magni-tude higher than former two types. Thus it could speculate that former two types were only due to the contamination of mold spores. In addition, there were 9 species of mold isolated from positive control group, which belonged to 5 Sp., of which the Penicillium accounting for 58.21%of the isolates, Aspergillus accounting for 23.88%, Gibberella accounting for 7.46%, Fusarium account-ing for 1.49%, Others accounting for 8.96%.
