目的:讨论成人外伤性前牙缺损伴错颌畸形的正畸修复联合治疗的效果.方法:150例成人外伤性前牙缺损伴错颌畸形的患者 ,随机分为观察组和对照组 ,每组各75例 ,观察组采用正畸修复联合治疗 ;对照组采用单纯修复治疗 ,观察其治疗效果. 结果:观察组总有效率为100 % ;对照组总有效率为50 % ,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义( P < 0 .05 ). 结论:正畸修复联合治疗成人外伤性前牙缺损伴错颌畸形疗效较好.

목적:토론성인외상성전아결손반착합기형적정기수복연합치료적효과.방법:150례성인외상성전아결손반착합기형적환자 ,수궤분위관찰조화대조조 ,매조각75례 ,관찰조채용정기수복연합치료 ;대조조채용단순수복치료 ,관찰기치료효과. 결과:관찰조총유효솔위100 % ;대조조총유효솔위50 % ,량조유효솔비교차이유통계학의의( P < 0 .05 ). 결론:정기수복연합치료성인외상성전아결손반착합기형료효교호.
Objective:o discuss the clinical effect of combination of orthodontics with restoration in the treatment of adult traumatic anterior tooth defect with the wrong jaw deformity .Methods :150 cases of patients with adult traumatic anterior tooth defect with the wrong jaw deformity were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 75 cases in each group .The former group received the treatment of orthodontics combined with restoration ,while the latter group received simple restoration treatment .And then the treatment effect was observed .Results :The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was respectively 100 % and 50 % ,with statistically significant difference ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion :The combination of orthodontics with restoration in the treatment of adult traumatic anterior tooth defect with the wrong jaw deformity has good clinical effect .
