探讨民国武侠小说尤其是"北派"的创作,徐春羽是无法绕过的存在.其作品虽然无法与还珠楼主、白羽、郑证因、王度庐、朱贞木等"五大家"比肩,然亦据有一席之地.关于徐氏的家世生平,目前学界所知甚微.通过城市田野调查,同时配合网络搜索引擎的运用,文章对徐氏的家世生平进行考索,同时以此作为学术个案,对有关研究方法予以翔实记述.

Xu Chunyu cannot be ignored in the study on Kung Fu novels of the Republic of China, especially the novels of "Northern School". Although Xu Chunyu's achievement cannot be compared with "Five Masters of Northern School", namely, Huanzhu Louzhu, Bai Yu, Zheng Zhengyin, Wang Dulu and Zhu Zhenmu, he did have a place in Kung Fu novel writing. Little academic study on Xu Chunyu's life and family is done before. In this paper, the city fieldwork and Internet search are used to study his life and family as an academic case. Research methods are described in detail in this paper.
